This six-week program is designed to guide you on a powerful journey of self-discovery, growth, and connection. Using Parts Work, you’ll explore the different aspects of yourself that may be holding you back, helping you understand your patterns, set healthy boundaries, and restore your energy. Through practical tools and exercises, you’ll strengthen your communication, build deeper understanding with others, and step into your presence with confidence and clarity. All of this happens within a supportive group coaching space, where you can connect with others on the same journey, share insights, and be inspired by a community of like-minded people.
As you move through the series, you’ll align more fully with your values, uncover what truly matters to you, and explore the impact you want to create in your life and relationships. By the end, you’ll have the insight, skills, and confidence to integrate all parts of yourself, break old patterns, nurture meaningful connections, and live with greater authenticity, purpose, and fulfillment. 6 - Week Series
Week 1: Reclaiming Self in Relationship
This week focuses on understanding how codependency shows up in your relationships and how parts of you, like the pleaser or caretaker, may be keeping you from speaking your truth. Through experiential exercises, you’ll notice these parts, invite your Self to step forward, and practice saying yes from authenticity rather than obligation. By the end, you’ll begin to experience what it feels like to belong without betraying yourself.
Week 2: Renewing Energy & Boundary
In Week 2, we explore how over-giving and blurred boundaries drain your energy and affect your connection with yourself and others. You’ll map your energy, identify drainers and restorers, and engage with parts resisting rest to build awareness of your limits. This week is about learning to honor your needs, restore balance, and create sustainable energy that allows for deeper, more authentic relationships.
Week 3: Connection Through Communication
This week is all about communication and the ways parts hijack conversations, leading to disconnection. Using practical exercises like perceptual positions, Gestalt chair work, and Dialogue Reset practices, you’ll learn to recognize when parts are speaking and how to shift into Self-led presence. You’ll gain tools to slow reactive patterns, listen beneath the words, and cultivate meaningful exchanges with others.
Week 4: Communication Continued
This week builds on the previous week, giving you more space to refine your communication skills and navigate challenging conversations. You’ll practice staying present and grounded while engaging with others, deepen your awareness of parts that trigger reactive patterns, and continue integrating exercises that help you speak with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
Week 5: Reimagining Legacy & Purpose
In Week 5, we shift focus to aligning your actions with your values and the life you want to create. Through guided reflections and visualization exercises, you’ll connect with your future self, clarify what truly matters, and explore the impact you want to have in your relationships, work, and community. This week is about envisioning a meaningful path forward and living in alignment with your authentic self.
Week 6: Integration
The final week is dedicated to integration and embodiment. You’ll consolidate everything you’ve learned, strengthen your connection with all parts of yourself, and practice applying these tools in real-life scenarios. By the end, you’ll feel empowered to maintain healthy boundaries, communicate with authenticity, and step fully into the life and relationships you are creating, living with presence, purpose, and connection.
