Group coaching creates a space where individuals feel seen, supported, and connected by both the coach and each other. It requires holding multiple voices, noticing what’s happening beneath the surface, and guiding conversations to support both the individual and the group.
This 6-week program is for coaches in supervision offers a grounded, experiential introduction to group coaching, blending theory, live demos, reflection, and practice. With an intimate group of up to 12 coaches, you’ll explore facilitation, group dynamics, and how your presence shapes transformative, connected experiences.
